Return and Refund Policy for Riwaaz

1. Returns

• Eligibility: Items can be returned within 3 days of receipt. Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.
• Process: To initiate a return, contact us at riwaaz@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions for returning the item.

2. Refunds

• Method: Refunds are issued as store vouchers for future purchases. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
• Processing Time: Vouchers will be issued within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

3. Exchanges
